Fully animated wood pellet production system V1.3
The fully animated wood pellet production facility is used to heat homes or other buildings via a boiler or pellet stove. This production facility is housed in a wood-clad building measuring 48m x 25m x 10m. The raw material for producing wood pellets is wood chips from the game (either by chopping wood or harvesting poplar trees).
You’ll also need to purchase rolls of bags and empty pallets from the shop. The wood chips are emptied into a large hopper, and two conveyor belts pour the pellets into a second hopper before they’re fed into a cylindrical press, which rapidly rotates to reduce the wood chips to sawdust and compress them into pellets.
A fan propels them through pipes to the bagging area, where rolls of empty bags, which can be purchased from the shop, are deposited. Then it’s on to the palletizer, where you place empty pallets, which can also be purchased from the shop. The wood pellet chain is over and the pallets are placed on the storage shelves.
