Adds a grain mill to produce maize, soy and peas flour in addition to those already present by default.

Small grain mill (with faster production cycles):

Flour selling station:

Production recipes (in addition to those already present by default):
– Input: maize
– Output: maize flour.
– Input: soybeans
– Output: soy flour.
– Input: peas
– Output: peas flour.

– Added the ability to sell maize, soybean and pea flour in some selling station already placed on the map.
– New icons for maize, soybean and pea flour.
– New mod icon.
– Pallets for new flours are now actually hand-liftable (in the previous version I forgot to implement this even though it was mentioned in the changelog).
